About the Apartment

The apartment itself will sleep up to 6 people (8 if the lounge sofa bed is used) and can be rented from between £175 and £300 per week depending on the season. The apartment is suitable for those wanting to enjoy a peaceful relaxing holiday in a traditional Turkish resort. It is ideally located along the Aegean coastline and provides a perfect base for those wanting to combine a relaxing holiday with a couple of day-trips to explore some of the world famous ruins, or natural beauty spots or even to have an excursion to a livelier resort for the day.

Ground Floor - Master bedroom complete with en-suite shower room, double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe. Patio doors leading to terrace with spectacular seaviews.

Ground Floor – Bedroom Two complete with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

First Floor – Twin room complete with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.

Kitchen

First Floor - Open plan kitchen adjoining the living room on the first floor. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, fitted hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery etc.

Bathroom

Ground Floor – En-Suite to master - shower, toilet and wash basin.

Ground Floor – Separate shower room – shower, toilet and wash basin.

Living Room

Large open space complete with double sofa bed and two armchairs. Also dining table and chairs, coffee table and TV. Patio doors lead to balcony providing stunning views over the bay.

Parking

There is allocated parking for the apartment.

Facilities

Shared outdoor swimming pool (available throughout tourist season), resort facilities including fitness centre, supermarket, childrens play area, café/pool bar, 24 hour security.

Other

TV, Linen and towels provided (although swimming and beach towels not included). Washing machine is located under the stairs in the apartment.
